Fusion splice protectors are an essential accessory to the splicing process and provide good protection to the fibre splice after splicing. Heat shrink splice protectors can be supplied in diameters of 1.5mm, 2.2mm or 2.4mm, and lengths of 30mm, 45mm or 60mm.
The 45mm is our most popular. Ideal for FTTx applications and suited to use with most popular splice cassettes and holders.
