At Networks Centre we are constantly seeking knowledge, continuously adapting to technology and ensuring that our customers are at the centre of everything, supporting their fast-moving agile business requirements.

We stock a wide variety of infrastructure products that cater for all major markets including Data Centres, Commercial Buildings, Industrial Networks, Security and Outside Plant and as well as supplying products we are also adept at providing value-added services such as pre-termination and cut to length cables, training and technical support. We transfer knowledge through our dedicated training centre and educational events to bring customers closer to our suppliers to benefit from the wealth of valuable technical advice that we share.

History

Networks Centre was formed in 2005, as a private company to meet a demand in the market for a reliable supplier of network cables, in particular, fibre optic cable. Network Centre rapidly gained a reputation for its extensive stockholding with over 100 types of cable in stock. Experiencing year on year growth Networks Centre evolved to become the largest independent distributor of its kind in the UK and has expanded to occupy 90,000 sqft of warehouse space.

The Networks Centre Group comprises the Netherlands and Scotland offices, and Comms Centre in Kent. It has been a part of Alcadon Group since 2022.

The management team are all experienced and fully qualified in their individual fields, working together to serve our customers and to propel the company.

How do I track my order?

What delivery options do you offer?

We offer a range of different delivery services with all standard domestic consignments sent using DPD. Our four main delivery services are Standard Next Day, Pre 12 pm delivery, Pre 10.30 am delivery and Pre 9.00 am delivery (Please call for pricing) we also offer bespoke delivery arrangements for larger and more complicated consignments

When is the latest time I can place an order?

We accept orders up until 5pm Monday to Friday, with guaranteed next day delivery on all stock items. If an item is not in stock, we will source it for you as soon as possible and send it out immediately when it arrives. For complicated cable orders with several cuts, for example, we recommend that you order as soon as possible during the day, and ideally, before 4pm, to ensure next day delivery.

What happens if you don’t stock the product I want?

What happens if my Account Manager is unavailable?

In the instance that your Account Manager is not available, you will be looked after by another member of our dedicated and highly trained team all of whom are fully qualified and experienced and can answer any questions you may have on your account or on our products.

How does the quote function work?

Our quote function is simple. Either log in or register for an account and start adding products to your basket. Once you're happy, hit send and one of our Account Managers will review your basket, update pricing and send your quote back to you.
