Leviton ADVENTUM™ – Now Available at Networks Centre!

Specifically engineered for use in indoor and outdoor Euroclass environments and customisation abilities, Leviton’s ADVENTUM™ fibre range delivers high performing functionality in extreme situations.


Whether you need a Central Dry Tube (CDT) or Multi Dry Tube (MDT) design, ADVENTUM™ cables simplify your installation with colour-coded buffer tubes and strength members, utilising dry, loose-tube technology. Preventing water penetration with gel-free, water-blocking shielding, and eliminating gel construction mess, the advanced protection of loose-tube technology reduces preparation and clean up time onsite and strengthens the compact structure around the fibre core.

From one extreme to the other, optional LSZH B2ca provides exceptional performance in case of a fire as well as -40ºC temperatures with water-blocked cable cores and UV-rated sheathing as standard. 

Speed, Simplicity, Sustainability


Transition point terminations and system grounding requirements are eliminated with ‘closet-to-closet’ installations. Preparation time of the fibre is reduced due to the gel-free, water-blocking technology strengthening the fibre core.

Effective high- and low-density backbone cabling is attainable with ADVENTUM™’s availability in a wide range of fibre counts. Flexibility of deployment is increased with physically lighter cable, reducing loading stresses in cable trays and making transportation easier.

As well as the Leviton facilities in Glenrothes being just 66 miles from Networks Centre Glasgow, keeping the supply chain minimal, the cable itself is made more environmentally friendly due to being gel-free.

There are three divisions of the ADVENTUM™ range which Networks Centre can facilitate: Enterprise, RailSafe, and Fire Survival.

Enterprise


Data centres, campuses, in-building backbones; Leviton ADVENTUM™ Enterprise fibre cables can be trusted in commercial environments and data centres where safety is paramount. Capable of high-speed data transmission and with no significant loss of quality across greater distances, ADVENTUM™ Enterprise cables benefit from higher bandwidth and longer distances as well as being immune to electromagnetic interference.

Available in CDT and MDT for both high- and low-density applications, with optional additional Corrugated Steel Tape Armouring, ADVENTUM Enterprise delivers the highest performing indoor cable for fire safety and operational in -40ºC outdoor temperatures.

RailSafe


Designed with a focus on rail installations, the ADVENTUM™ RailSafe solution meets the EuroClass requirements of the London Underground specification LUL S-1085 and is therefore an ideal choice for all underground rail networks, stations, tunnels, and tracksides.

When looking for a reliable and robust solution, armoured or non-armoured CDT and MDT options offer versatility for your high- or low-density applications while adhering to high safety standards.

Fire Survival


The strength of the ADVENTUM™ Fire Survival solution maintains circuit integrity for around 90 minutes in extreme conditions, meeting the IEC60331-25 flammability standards. Fire Survival is the ideal solution for large public buildings where data transmission during fire emergencies is crucial, such as data centres, airports, railway stations, stadiums, financial institutions, and onshore and offshore industrial structures.

The CDT design features high tensile yarns that protect the fibre from rodents and other external factors. Opt for additional Corrugated Steel Tape Armour for enhanced mechanical durability.
