What made you want to join our team?
A passion for delivering end to end solutions to my clients and helping them resolve site issues and work to secure future installations.
Tell us, what does a ‘normal’ day at work look like for you?
Every day is different, from site visits, to project planning and delivery schedules to finding the next opportunity for us to secure. Working with customers to deliver solutions that fit their requirements with seamless customer service to boot.
What is your favourite/most rewarding part of the job?
Being face to face with clients, some I have worked with for the last 28 years.
What 3 words best describe Networks Centre?
Dedicated, Efficient and Hardworking.
How do you ensure success for customers?
By listening and really hearing them.
How have you grown professionally while on our team?
My knowledge base and skill sets have continued to increase further over the years, ensuring I have the information to hand to offer suitable solutions, which also enables me to be more strategic in the projects I secure.
What is the one accomplishment, at work, that you are most proud of? Why?
When I can completely lock down a project using key manufacturers and delivering an entire solution to the client.

Tenacity, Honesty and being humble.
