Tell us, what does a ‘normal’ day at work look like for you?
Day to day role consists of contacting current customers and new potential customers, dealing with customer quotes over email and phone enquires.
What is your favourite/most rewarding part of the job?
Being able to work with a great team and offer an amazing service to all our customers.
What 3 words best describe Networks Centre?
Driven, exciting, ambitious.
What made you want to join our team?
To have the opportunity to work for one of the market leaders in the Fibre industry.
How do you ensure success for customers?
Make sure all customer enquiries are dealt with in a fast and professional manner to be able to get them a solution that works for them.
How have you grown professionally while on our team?
Only being with the team for 1 month there are many skills I have picked up from many of my new colleagues which helped me have a great start to this new job role.
What is the one accomplishment, at work, that you are most proud of? Why?
Completing a quote and turning it into an order from start to finish with the customer.
What characteristics and skills do you value in team members?
Great knowledge, happy to help out, outing personality, hard working.

Take my son Ralph for a morning activity, and then off to the pub for soccer Saturday with some friends and a few beers. Then finish the night off with a curry.

Army.
What is your hidden talent?
Not hidden but like to think of myself as a part time comedian.
It’s “Bring your favourite animal to work day”! What animal are you bringing?
Penguin.
If you could have an unlimited supply of one thing at the office, what would it be and why?
Haribo sweets.
If we gave you £5 to spend in a local corner shop, what would you buy and why?
I would buy a multi pack of chocolate bars for £5 sell them for £1 a bar make £15 profit and repeat.
